Meet Evan — The Calm, Caring Heart of Our Pack

If you’ve ever spotted a joyful group of dogs walking through Easthampton looking completely at ease and in sync, chances are, Evan is the one leading them.

He joined Sarah’s Pet Services on July 1, 2021, and he’s been a steady, trusted part of our team ever since. With his calm presence, gentle approach, and big heart for animals, he’s become one of our most tenured and beloved walkers.

Dogs seem to sense his energy the moment they meet him, tails start wagging, ears perk up, and there’s an instant connection. Whether he’s guiding a confident pack through the woods or helping a shy pup find its courage, he treats every dog with patience and care.

Clients often tell us how much their pets adore him. “Our dog lights up the moment Evan walks through the door,” one client shared. And honestly, we couldn’t agree more. He brings that kind of joy everywhere he goes.

Evan’s been with us for years now, and we couldn’t imagine Sarah’s Pet Services without him. His loyalty, compassion, and quiet leadership truly make him the heart of our pack.

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: beginning January 1, 2026, Evan will be stepping into a new role as our Operations and Team Manager, in addition to continuing as one of our amazing dog hikers! It’s a well-deserved recognition of his dedication, leadership, and love for both our clients and their pups. We’re so proud of you!
